Salary: £43,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and car allowance

Location: Remote (UK based), with travel required to Lancaster (UK) Head Office as required. This role involves frequent travel and overnight stays.
Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible working considered)

Job Description
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Ascentis provision inclusive of subsidiary Virtual Academy Limited (VAL) with accounts in your assigned region. The role will require a split focus across Ascentis and VAL offerings, ensuring opportunities are maximised at the correct points throughout the year.
You will present Ascentis qualifications at a variety of internal and external events, gaining new business from new and existing centres, visiting education providers to promote Ascentis qualifications, meeting targets, and taking forward new business initiatives.
In addition to recruiting new customers, the role requires a focus on relationship management, servicing all current customer accounts within the assigned region, ensuring the highest level of customer service, supporting our customers to facilitate further cooperation and growth.
You will be required to establish and maintain meaningful communication with your assigned accounts through both virtual and physical meetings. Travel is an essential part of the role visiting your assigned regions, current and potential customers.
You should be an excellent team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You would need to have soft-sale, communication, and presentation skills. It is essential that you are an ambitious goal-orientated person as this is a target driven role.

If you really want to wow us, having experience selling Educational products before would be an advantage, however this is not essential.
