The Ascentis Group encompasses Ascentis, as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries known as International Dyslexia Learning Solutions Ltd (IDLS) and Virtual Academy Limited (VAL).

IDLS concentrates in providing specialised, sensory-based software programs to primary and secondary schools both within the UK and internationally. Our primary focus is on delivering effective learning solutions for individuals with literacy and numeracy needs. Today, our software is utilised by thousands of children worldwide.
Virtual Academy Limited (VAL) offers employers an online training platform designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of their employees. Through VAL, companies can provide valuable learning opportunities to their workforce, promoting professional growth and development.
